The thing about all this housing stuff is that it doesn’t add up. I mean loads of figures are chucked about but they mean sod all.

So apparently we have to build 250,000 new houses every year. Well if you built them say around Hartlepool or Grimsby that wouldn't help anyone ‘cos they don't need them up there. And where you do need them, like London and the south east, they're all the wrong sort.
