I mean, you can't get hold of GPs since they've all got the hump and are packing it in so you go to A&E – already a war zone – to find the beds full of wrinklies who've got nowhere else to go as all the care homes have been shut 'cos no one wants to work for tuppence h'appeny lifting old folk on to commodes.
