I've got no time for these billionaires, politicians, Arab Sheiks and drug barons salting their stack away in Panama but if you ask me we're all playing the same game – and rightly so since tax has got out of control.

I mean what's the difference between these Panama geezers and a chippie doing a job and asking for cash so he dosen't have to declare it, or a man and his van heading over to Calais to buy 500 bags of Old Dutch Shag to flog off in his town centre, or a soccer star investing his loot in a ‘film' which just happens to be a tax loss.
