I dunno why this new PM is so queasy about telling us the bleeding obvious, ie, if you turn down your central heating your astronomical gas bills will be a tad less astronomical.

I mean, governments spend shedloads telling us punters the bleeding obvious. Every time the temperature goes up, councils tell us to draw the curtains and only go out in the sun if you're wearing a handkerchief on yer head.
