The Government's always telling us that running the country's finances is like running your household budget.

If Osborne ran my household we'd be knackered. He'd max out my credit cards, then set a target to pay them back at £50 a month and miss it, then tell the missus to live within her means and start shopping at Iceland to which he'd get the two-finger salute, then get me to buy a ten year old motor instead of a 2010 model which claps out and costs me even more than my old one.
