I know councils are strapped for cash but I'm getting pretty browned off by the way they keep trying to dip their hands into our pockets to make up the gap.

It's not our bleeding fault the Government's cut their budgets. Scam number one is to have a 20mph zone for about 150 yards so you don't even notice it as you're speeding down at 45mph thinking it's a 30mph zone.
