Campaigners have threatened the Government with legal action after ministers overturned a decision by Lancashire CC to refuse planning permission for fracking.

The Preston New Road Action Group has written to the Government, claiming the ruling earlier this month was ‘fundamentally flawed' and ‘unlawful'.
