The Government has published details of its new Neighbourhood Planning Bill, which it claims will boost the number of homes being built.

The Bill includes measures to speed up the compulsory purchase order processes and simplify other planning conditions, but does not include any commitment to set up the National Infrastructure Commission or sell off the Land Registry, as previously thought.
