A shadow minister has angrily criticised the Devo Manc deal struck between the predominantly Labour leaders of Greater Manchester and the Government.

A shadow minister has angrily criticised the Devo Manc deal struck between the predominantly Labour leaders of Greater Manchester and the Government.

Riled shadow civil society minister Lisa Nandy, who represents Wigan in Greater Manchester, said the deal had been ‘cooked up by a group of men behind closed doors' and argued the region's people had been shown ‘complete contempt'.
