In May,Wigan MBC we held a festival to mark the launch of The Fire Within manifesto which has been developed by world-renowned, Wigan-based artists and film-makers, Al Holmes and Al Taylor.

More than 20,000 visitors headed to the town centre to watch performances and view the exhibitions, which includes an ancient Egyptian mask dating back to 1550 BC.
