Wilkins to take over from Riordan

Chief executive of Oldham MBC, Carolyn Wilkins, will take over Tom Riordan’s test and trace role, it has been confirmed.

Chief executive of Oldham MBC, Carolyn Wilkins, will take over Tom Riordan's test and trace role, it has been confirmed.

Leeds City Council chief executive, Mr Riordan, has been working at the centre of government, helping shape and implement the arrangements.
