Construction firm Willmott Dixon has announced plans to create three sister companies following a 48% rise in pre-tax profits.

Construction firm Willmott Dixon has announced plans to create three sister companies following a 48% rise in pre-tax profits.

It revealed proposals to reorganise the business to give its contracting, residential development and support services divisions more independence.
