Construction company Willmott Dixon has been awarded an £80m contract to deliver the final part of Rochdale MBC’s £250m flagship regeneration scheme.

Construction company Willmott Dixon has been awarded an £80m contract to deliver the final part of Rochdale MBC's £250m flagship regeneration scheme.

Willmott Dixon will construct a new retail and leisure centre in the centre of Rochdale.
