Two win biggest slice of quarter billion contracts

Grant Thornton and EY have won contracts of £25m a year from 2018/19 in the deals announced by Public Sector Audit Appointments (PSAA), the firm created by the Local Government Association (LGA) after the Audit Commission was scrapped.
