Windsor and Maidenhead RBC chief executive set to leave council

The chief executive of Windsor and Maidenhead RBC is to leave the council, to take on a role at DEFRA.

Windsor and Maidenhead RBC chief executive Ian Trenholm has announced he will be leaving the Royal borough to become chief operating officer at the Department for the Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA).

Mr Trenholm has been with the council for the past four years, working with elected members and officers to lead both structural and operational changes that have positioned the borough as a cutting edge local authority.
