Wirral chief executive to retire

The chief executive of Wirral MBC, Graham Burgess, has announced he will retire at the end of the year.

The chief executive of Wirral MBC, Graham Burgess, has announced he will retire at the end of the year.

Mr Burgess told last night's meeting of Wirral's Cabinet that he is to retire on December 31.
