The National Federation of Women's Institutes (NFWI) has joined forces with Unison to call on the Government to protect library services from spending cuts.

Members of the NFWI and the local government trade union will lobby Parliament in March, together with representatives from the Voices for the Library lobby group and the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals.
