The leader of Wrexham CC has accused the Welsh Government of bullying local authorities into merging.

The leader of Wrexham CC has accused the Welsh Government of bullying local authorities into merging.

Cllr Mark Pritchard said his authority is ‘fed up' of being ‘dictated' to be the Welsh Government regarding local government reorganisation.
