Sarah Palmer has joined Wyre Council in the newly-created role of director of transformation and change.

For the past five years, Palmer has run her own business and prior to this was head of strategy, transformation and programmes at Wigan MBC, on the leadership team at Global Renewables Lancashire and also worked at Lancashire CC for more than 12 years.
