All eyes will be on London's 32 boroughs at next month's local elections to provide clues as to what the nation is thinking about ~Tony Blair~ and his Labour Government. While political pundits are busy sharpening their Biros about who will be the next prime minister and the rise of ~David Cameron~ the London Communications Agency and Tony Travers, from the London School of Economics, have already issued their local election predictions for the capital.
