Cuts to the youth services grant risk undoing the success of council teams, the Local Government Association (LGA) has said.

There has been an 85% drop in first-time entrants to the youth justice system over the last 10 years, but a briefing by the LGA revealed councils' were worried this achievement will be put at risk because of the 50% cut to the grant since 2010.
