Yvonne Skingle has joined Harvey Nash Executive Search and Selection as a director in the government and public services team.

Harvey Nash is building its public sector capacity to sit alongside a very successful private sector practice. Yvonne has held HR leadership roles in the public sector. For the last four years she has worked in the executive search and selection business, most recently with Tribal's executive search and selection team. Her role is to work with councils on their OD and senior resourcing strategies.
