The last 15 months or so in perpetual emergency response mode have been incredibly challenging and there’s no doubt the pandemic has had a major impact on the way we live and work.
So, as we start to enter the next phase of the pandemic, it is important all of us in local and central government reflect not only on what has happened and what comes next – but, crucially, on what our roles in the coming months and years should be.
