Learning from complaints

From hospitals to the police, providers of public services will be all too aware of the importance of having feedback and how the insight provided by complaints can be used to tackle problems before they get worse.

For councils, the kinds of complaints people make can also indicate how local services could be improved to meet local needs and preferences.
