Let's use conversations to tackle misunderstandings about councils

If you’ve met me in person, you’ll probably know that I will talk to anyone and can be known to strike up a conversation at the drop of a hat if the other party is willing to engage.

This can be in a queue in a shop, while running in a race or, just like at the weekend, on a train journey back from York having been away catching up with university friends.
