Let's use conversations to tackle misunderstandings about councils

If we are to change people’s views about what local government achieves with the resources it has, then we must be prepared to engage with others, says Adele Taylor.

If you've met me in person, you'll probably know that I will talk to anyone and can be known to strike up a conversation at the drop of a hat if the other party is willing to engage.

This can be in a queue in a shop, while running in a race or, just like at the weekend, on a train journey back from York having been away catching up with university friends.
