An independent safeguarding review is to begin following the death of 10-year-old Sara Sharif.
The girl’s father Urfan Sharif, stepmother Beinash Batool and uncle Faisal Malik have been accused of Sara’s murder after her body was discovered under a blanket in a bunk bed at her home in August.
