Educational outcomes for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) have failed to improve over the last decade despite costs trebling, an independent report found today.

Educational outcomes for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) have failed to improve over the last decade despite costs trebling, an independent report found today.

Councils are projected to spend £12bn on these services by 2026, up from £4bn a decade ago.
