Unprecedented pressures on adult social care have been blamed for record bed blocking figures released today by NHS England.

Unprecedented pressures on adult social care have been blamed for record bed blocking figures released today by NHS England.

The figures for January 2016 revealed the highest number of healthy patients stuck in hospital beds in any month since August 2010.
