The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) forecasts it will meet its delivery target for 2012/13, based on official figures published today.
The figures – which are the first published since the responsibility of housing in London was transferred to the GLA – show the HCA has completed 11,981 homes and started a further 5,243 on site in the first six months of the year. Of these homes, 9,685 were affordable.
