As Head of Social Care profession you will play a major role in embedding this new way of working in order to further improve the already Good assessment that we have proudly achieved. You will demonstrate a proven track record of managing organisational change and leadership across Children's Services and work innovatively with our partners to achieve this. We will provide the environment for you to stretch your career and drive service improvement for the benefit of families and children.
