Your focus will be on bringing innovation, efficiency and collaborative working to our service provision, integration and sustainability.

Your in-depth knowledge of the challenges we face will be crucial in successfully translating strategy into plans and you will have proven experience of managing major change programmes. An inspirational leader, collegiate player and problem solver, you will have exceptional interpersonal skills in partnership working.
