Swansea Council has a ‘clear vision' that means they are preparing for challenges, the Auditor General said yesterday.

The Wales Audit Office said the council had ‘established a strong track record for managing its budget' and had ‘developed comprehensive arrangements for managing the financial challenges it will face in the future'.
