Blaenau Gwent and Torfaen CBCs are set to appoint Stephen Vickers as their permanent joint chief executive.

Blaenau Gwent and Torfaen CBCs are set to appoint Stephen Vickers as their permanent joint chief executive.

Vickers was first recruited to the role for a ‘discovery phase' in April last year.
