An inquiry into how councils can improve their scrutiny of Better Care Fund (BCF) plans has been launched as focus shifts beyond 2015/16.

The Local Government Association (LGA) has commissioned the Centre for Public Scrutiny (CfPS) to carry out the project, which will look at how councils can check and improve their approach to health and social care integration.
