Belfast City Council has been accused of ‘stockpiling’ cash reserves of £20m, built up during the recession.

Belfast City Council has been accused of ‘stockpiling' cash reserves of £20m, built up during the recession. 

Belfast, the largest of Northern Ireland's local authorities, saw its reserves rise fro  £6,215,384 in 2010 to £20,614,051 in 2012/13.
