The runaway costs of a flagship redevelopment in the centre of Birmingham were not revealed to councillors, a report has revealed.

The runaway costs of a flagship redevelopment in the centre of Birmingham were not revealed to councillors, a report has revealed.

Overspending on the Paradise Birmingham project led to the wider £1bn regeneration of the city being taken over by the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) from Birmingham City Council, as revealed by The MJ.
