Biting the bullet on local tax transformation

A young professional has moved into a new-build property in Woolwich. The historic home of Arsenal FC, Woolwich has long been a settlement bustling with the opportunities of dockside living and royal favour, with demand for living space encroaching, for centuries, into the neighbouring areas of first Plumstead and later Charlton Village. 

In recent years, the Elizabeth Line has brought all the opportunities of fast and easy transportation, ferrying commuters across the river into London's commercial and business hubs and drawing in new residents like our young professional, who must also, of course, register with the Royal Borough of Greenwich to make council tax payments.
