Borough chief announces departure

Rossendale BC has confirmed chief executive Neil Shaw is to leave after almost three years at the helm.

Rossendale BC has confirmed chief executive Neil Shaw is to leave after almost three years at the helm.

Mr Shaw will leave the authority in January to take up the role of chief executive of the Greater Manchester Business School at the University of Bolton.
