Brexit has made the case for devolution even more ‘acute,’ the chair of the second London Finance Commission has claimed.

Brexit has made the case for devolution even more ‘acute', chair of the second London Finance Commission has claimed. 

Speaking at the launch of the commission's report, Professor Tony Travers said: ‘Whatever Brexit meant, I don't think it meant voters wanted more powers hoarded in Westminster.'
