In years past, one of the first jobs on the to do list for the new president of the Public Sector People Manager's Association (PPMA) is to pen some reflections on the people challenges we face in the year ahead.

It's fair to say I hadn't expected talking about the implications of a UK exit from the EU to be one of them. But as the reality of this news sinks it, it seems right to assess the implications for the public sector.
