Bridging the great divide

Over the last 18 months most of us have become even more reliant on our digital devices, but for a significant number of people who don't have access to the internet, life has become harder as many essential services have shifted online.

For those who are digitally excluded, this is rarely just a minor inconvenience; it means missing out on essential aspects of society, including communicating with others, accessing information and services like job-searching facilities, and finding the best deals when buying goods.
