Bristol City Council will bring back the role of chief executive – three years after scrapping the position.

Bristol City Council will bring back the role of chief executive – three years after scrapping the position.

The council is currently led by executive directors, with executive director for resources and head of paid service, Mike Jackson, now expected to be appointed chief executive.
