Birmingham City Council is set to hire a further interim chief executive as there is ‘not a pool of candidates currently available’ for the job.

Birmingham City Council is set to hire a further interim chief executive as there is ‘not a pool of candidates currently available' for the job.

Current interim chief Chris Naylor will leave the post on 6 March, returning to his role as chief executive of Barking and Dagenham LBC after eight months at the city.
