Two Buckinghamshire districts have written to the Government warning they could launch legal proceedings over plans to create a single county unitary.

Two Buckinghamshire districts have written to the Government warning they could launch legal proceedings over plans to create a single county unitary.

Chiltern and Wycombe DCs have expressed their concerns in a letter to local government secretary James Brokenshire.
