Caerphilly considers bringing back its former chief executive

Caerphilly Council leader recommends rehire of former chief executive on an interim basis after high-profile pay scandal.

The leader of Caerphilly Council is recommending its former chief executive be brought back on an interim basis, following the suspension and subsequent arrest of Anthony O'Sullivan for ‘unlawful' pay rises.
