The leader of Gravesham BC has pledged to fight for more affordable housing at Ebbsfleet Garden City.

Speaking to the local press, Cllr John Burden said he would like to see 30% of the new homes built allocated as affordable housing.

‘My personal view is everyone should have a choice regarding what type of housing they want, whether it's through a housing association, council or privately,' said Cllr Burden.
