Conservative councils will deliver more for less, the Prime Minister claimed at his party’s Spring Forum at the weekend.

Conservative councils will deliver more for less, the Prime Minister claimed at his party's Spring Forum at the weekend. 

David Cameron told the forum the elections, which cover 124 councils and four city mayors, ‘provide a clear choice – the competence of a strong Conservative council who will keep local taxes down with quality local services versus the disarray of the rest.'
