The Conservative leader of prime minister David Cameron's council has risked reigniting the row over cuts that broke out between them last year.

Oxfordshire CC leader Cllr Ian Hudspeth said he was ‘desperately sorry' the council was being forced to consider options previously described as the ‘worst-case scenario'.
