Capita's council offer to trial new benefits system software

Councils will be approached by Capita to trial a new automation function that has been added to its benefits software. The new system will enable councils to make their claims process more efficient.

Councils will be approached by Capita to trial a new automation function that has been added to its benefits software. The new system will enable councils to make their claims process more efficient.

Capita said the automation function would mean benefits forms will take only two minutes to complete, 20 times faster than processing it manually.
